The Little Hopes for Humanity while Working at a Theater

Story 1: so we had a birthday party two weeks ago and it was a pretty busy and loud group of 8 or so years olds. About thirty or forty minutes after most of the kids had arrived came in a mother and her son. She was nice and said " I'm with the birthday party for (insert name here)." I was greeter that day and directed her to the group. I watched them walk over to the cafe area where the kids were and saw a beautiful scene for children and for ethnic equality... This boy whom was 'black' came up and said happy birthday (name) and the kid turned around and yelled out the 'black' kid's name in huge excitement and gave him a massive bear hug and then all the other kids started saying 'hi' to him super excitedly and they formed a huge group hug (like 16 kids, seriously). They were of multiple ethnicities and it was beautiful. All these kind, young, diverse people... How the world should be. And that is one thing I adore about where I live. There isn't much to like about it but the diversity is awesome.
2. In general, just all the super nice and friendly people. A lot of the people are surprisingly mean at my theater. I don't understand it. My coworker once said because of our super cheap pricing compared to other theaters we get the riff-raff. That may be true, so I stay positive by giving all the polite people special attention and staying polite myself the entire time. It helps remind me how amazing kindness can be and that it takes all kinds of people.
3. The women in their forties and above with their moms. It is always so sweet and makes me wish to my core that my mother had her mother again.
4. The families that are so excited to be together! Whether it be a child(ren) and their parent(s) or adult children and parents or any combo. When they're laughing and having a good time I am happy...  Because it is beautiful and heart warming. :)
